How should I care for Christian Graciel item?

Be aware of the natural imperfections and of the living soul of each item.

Each piece of creation by Christian Graciel is from recycled materials. It is therefore better to use chemical-free, organic and natural products if needed.

For wooden pieces :  polish the wood with a soft polishing cloth with walnut or mineral oil.  

For  leather products,  dust frequently with a clean, dry cloth. Use products designed for use on leather or even baby lotion.

For shell collection, you can wipe dust, or fingerprints away with a damp microfibre cloth or special jewelry cleaning cloth. You can use warm, slightly soapy water if your shell item  seems dirty.

Please note :

  • Each item will be shrouded in a protective and luxury velvet pouch for jewelry and valuables designed by Christian Graciel.
  • A certificate of authenticity is also provided together with the product. This proves the product you have just bought is genuine and authentic.

Can I change or cancel my order ?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

What is the return policy?

Bags, Accessories and jewelry can ONLY be returned if received damaged. At this time, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or replacements for International orders due to Customs Laws.

Merchandise must be returned unworn/unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and seal. If an item is damaged or faulty, you must immediately notify at contact@christiangraciel.com including pictures of the packaging received with the item ordered. We will give you instructions and guideline to follow for the return procedures.

All return requests must be made within 15 days from order date. 

How to follow my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.

For full tracking detail on your order, enter your tracking detail with your corresponding courier.

If you have any problems with the order tracking please, contact us.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. ?

Christian Graciel takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your local government.

All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery. These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.

While we will endeavour to inform all our customers regarding relevant import restrictions that we are aware of. Understanding such restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.

For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.

When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to pick, pack and ship your purchases within 24-48 hours of order placement.

Christian Graciel does not operate over the weekend. As such, orders placed after Close of Business Friday  throughout the weekend will not be addressed until the following Monday morning.

We wish to provide our customers with fast and reliable international shipping and aim to have your orders to you within 3 – 15 business days from dispatch.

However, as the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time, and we are not responsible for any delay after the shipment leaves our premises.

 

Please note :

– Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

– Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

Where are you located?

Christian Graciel  is designed and produced from our Head Office and Production Factories in Bali, Indonesia.

All orders are shipped to you from Bali, Indonesia.  We ship worldwide using EMS postal service.

 

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

All Christian Graciel items are handmade from  recycled materials such as recycled wood, shells, silver and genuine leather. The most valuable recycling parts are  selected by the designer himself  and become the effective source of inspiration for the creation of the future product.

Is my payment secure ?

Because your security while visiting us and shopping with us is our priority, we use SSL which stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a global standard security technology that enables encrypted communication between our customers/ visitors and Christian Graciel website.  It decreases the risk of sensitive information (e.g., credit card numbers, usernames, passwords, emails, etc.) from being stolen or tampered with by hackers and identity thieves. In essence, SSL allows for a private “conversation” just between you and Christian Graciel.
